On August 22, Cat Tien Commune Police (Lam Dong) said they had just coordinated with the Police force in Hanoi City to arrest Truong Van Phung (born 1994). Phung is wanted for the act of Fraudulent appropriation of property.
Previously, on August 20, the Crime Prevention and Control Police Team of Cat Tien Commune Police coordinated with Chuong Duong Commune Police (Hanoi City) to verify and arrest Phung.
Phung is wanted under the Decision dated August 9, 2024 of the Investigation Police Agency of Cat Tien District Police (old) for the act of Fraudulent appropriation of property.
According to the police agency, Phung is related to the case that occurred on November 19, 2023 in Cat Tien town, former Cat Tien district, now Cat Tien commune, Lam Dong province.
After verifying the location where the subject was hiding, Cat Tien Commune Police coordinated with Chuong Duong Commune Police to successfully arrest Phung in Hanoi City.
Currently, Cat Tien Commune Police are continuing to investigate, verify and carry out procedural procedures for the case and the subject according to legal regulations.
