Previously, on the afternoon of July 27, through grasping the security and order situation in cyberspace, Phuoc Hau Commune Police discovered a video recording the scene of a group of students fighting.
Immediately after that, the police force proceeded to verify and invited related people to work.
According to initial verification results, due to previous conflicts in daily life, N.X. H (born in 2011, residing in Ninh Quy 3 village) arranged for T.T. L (born in 2013, residing in Phuoc An 1 village) to come to Phuoc Thien 3 village area to resolve conflicts.
Here, some children clashed with each other with bare hands. After that, some people accompanying them used their phones to record the diễn biến and post it on the social network TikTok.
According to Phuoc Hau Commune Police, the scuffle did not cause injury to the children.
Through the incident, Phuoc Hau Commune Police determined that this is one of the notable manifestations of teenagers using social networks to tease, challenge and make appointments to resolve conflicts with violence.
