On the afternoon of October 15, La Da Commune Police (Lam Dong) informed that a group of subjects from Bao Lam 1 Commune went to La Da Commune to use electric shock to steal a dog at night and were ambushed by the police force in coordination with local people.

According to the police, recently, during a patrol to ensure security and order in the area, the La Da commune police force discovered a group of subjects driving motorbikes who were electrocuting and stealing people's dogs.
The police force quickly coordinated with the local security forces and people to block and closed a ambush to arrest the subjects.

Discovering the police force, the subjects threw away the related exhibits and the two dogs they had just stolen, then fled into the forest and fled.
The police of La Da commune quickly coordinated with the police of border communes such as Dong Kho, Dong Giang and Ham Thuan Bac to deploy professional measures to investigate and arrest the subjects.

After that, two subjects, Doan Chi Cong (31 years old) and Nguyen Minh Vu (31 years old), both residing in Bao Lam 1 commune (Lam Dong) were ambushed and arrested by the police force.
Evidence related to the dog theft, seized by the police, including 1 car, 2 motorbikes, 2 dogs and 2 electric shock tools, along with some other related exhibits.
Working with the police, Cong and Vu confessed that they also participated in the dog theft with 3 other subjects including: Le Dinh Hai (26 years old), Nguyen Tan Vu (26 years old) and 1 subject named Khiem, all residing in Bao Lam 1 commune.

The subjects stated to the police that they had committed many dog thefts in many localities in Lam Dong province.
Currently, La Da Commune Police have coordinated with local police to expand the investigation and arrest the remaining subjects for handling according to the provisions of law.
