Previously, at about 11:50 am on March 17, the Criminal Duty Officer of Dong Ninh Hoa Ward Police received a report from Ms. Tr. T. N. D (born in 1997, residing in Ba Ha 2 TDP) about the loss of a Honda Wave A motorbike, gray color, license plate 79AA-550. 84.
Immediately after receiving the report, the Crime Prevention and Control Police Team of the Ward Police urgently deployed forces to investigate and verify.
Using professional measures, at about 5 pm on the same day, functional forces discovered subject Ng. X. T (born in 1994) driving the same car while going for consumption.
The ward police stopped the vehicle and took the subject and exhibits to the headquarters for work.
At the police station, the suspect initially confessed: At about 9 am on the same day, when walking from the Ninh Thuy market area to his house, the suspect discovered Ms. D's motorbike parked outside the fence, with the key still in the car, unattended, so he had the intention to steal it for personal spending.
