On June 3, Phu Thuy Ward Police (Lam Dong) said they are temporarily detaining 7 subjects for investigation and clarification of the acts of organizing gambling and gambling.
Previously, through grasping the situation in the area, the Phu Thuy Ward Police force organized an ambush and dismantled a gambling den in the form of xoc dia gambling with money in Quarter 3 - Phu Hai.
At the scene, functional forces seized many exhibits serving gambling; temporarily detained 7 subjects along with 22.19 million VND and 4 mobile phones to serve the investigation.
Initial investigation results determined that N.T. T (54 years old, residing in the locality) was the person who organized the gambling den and a number of other subjects participated in gambling.
Currently, Phu Thuy Ward Police are continuing to consolidate the file and handle the subjects for the acts of "Gambling" and "Organizing gambling" according to the provisions of law.
