On July 30, Vung Tau Ward Police announced that they had arrested two subjects who stole motorbikes in Vung Tau Ward to handle them according to regulations.
Previously, at around 0:04 on July 13, Mr. L discovered a Honda Vario motorbike with license plate 72AE-10169 missing in the parking lot of a coffee shop on Ha Long Street. A security camera recorded the image of the young man committing the theft, so Mr. L reported it to the authorities.
Upon receiving the report, Vung Tau Ward Police stepped in and coordinated with the Criminal Police Department (PC02) of Ho Chi Minh City Police to investigate and review the suspects. By July 29, the police force had arrested 2 subjects, Tran Nguyen Khang (born in 1994) and Nguyen Trong Khuong (born in 1995) in Ba Diem commune, Ho Chi Minh City.
Initially working with the police, the two subjects admitted to stealing motorbikes, in order to sell them for money to spend.
