On June 14, Binh Duong Commune Police (Gia Lai) said that they had completed the investigation conclusion of a property theft case that occurred in the area. At the same time, they proposed to prosecute defendant N.C.D (born 2009, residing in Dong Nai City) for the crime of Theft of property; administratively sanction L.H.H. N. (born 2011, residing in Dong Nai City) according to the provisions of law.
Previously, at 3:40 PM on April 30th, Binh Duong Commune Police received a report from Mr. Huynh Huu Phuoc (born 1970, residing in Van Truong Tay village, Binh Duong commune) about the theft of a motorbike worth about 18 million VND.
After receiving the report, the police force urgently verified, tracked down and quickly identified the related subjects. Through working, the police agency recovered the stolen motorbike to return to Mr. Phuoc.
Expanding the investigation, Binh Duong Commune Police discovered another motorbike stolen by the subjects, recovered it and returned it to the victims.
At the police station, the 2 subjects confessed to taking advantage of people's negligence in property management to commit theft.
