The pilot operation of AI Public Administration Kiosks is a specific step in the process of promoting administrative procedure reform, applying science and technology to state management of security and order, towards building a modern and transparent administration, putting people at the center of service. Through the AI Kiosk system, people can easily look up information, perform some basic administrative procedures, reduce waiting time, limit direct contact, contributing to improving service quality and people's satisfaction.
Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Diep Van The - Deputy Director of An Giang Provincial Police emphasized that the pilot implementation of the AI Public Administration Kiosk model not only contributes to improving the efficiency of administrative reform in the Provincial Police force, but also shows strong determination in digital transformation, gradually building e-government, towards digital government. AI Public service kiosks were born to narrow this gap, bringing public services closer to the people, "not leaving anyone behind" in the digital transformation process.
People can carry out administrative procedures, submit dossiers, pay fees and charges, and look up results quickly and transparently without having to directly meet citizen reception officials. AI kiosks are not only places to submit dossiers but also points of guidance, training skills in using online public services, and supporting cashless payments.
Colonel Diep Van The requested the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order Police to closely coordinate with the unit providing solutions to continue to improve the system, ensuring stable, safe, and user-friendly operation; and at the same time strengthen propaganda and guidance to help people access and effectively exploit the utilities of the system.
