From March 1 to 4, the functions and tasks related to serving the people have been officially transferred to the Hai Duong Provincial Police force. These tasks include: managing criminal records (including issuing vouchers); testing for driver's license issuance; management of drug addiction treatment and post-drug addiction management; management of network information safety and security.
Hai Duong Provincial Police have received and effectively carried out tasks from the very beginning. Hai Duong Provincial Police have streamlined their organizational structure and closely coordinated with relevant departments and branches in the process of handing over and receiving.
As soon as the policy was issued, the forces under the Provincial Police proactively reviewed records, documents, equipment, funding, personnel and prepared facilities and officers to ensure effective implementation of the task.

Training on software skills to issue criminal records and renew driving licenses has been implemented urgently and thoughtfully.The assigned staff quickly handled and continued to complete the interconnection system, creating the most favorable conditions for the people.
The Provincial Police are continuing to advise the Ministry of Public Security to study, reduce and optimize processes related to these 4 groups of tasks to best serve the people, focusing on strengthening digitalization work, contributing to saving time and travel costs for people.
Thanks to close coordination in receiving the handover of the task of managing network information safety and security from the Department of Information and Communications, and at the same time carefully preparing facilities, technical infrastructure, software, data, and equipment, since March 1, the Department of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention and Control of the Provincial Police has continuously taken over and implemented the task of ensuring network information security and safety in the province.
