Hai Duong - The People's Council of Gia Loc district has just passed a Resolution on the proposal to approve projects to reorganize specialized agencies under the People's Committee of Gia Loc district.

According to the main content of the Project, the district will establish 2 specialized agencies on the basis of merging 4 specialized agencies under the People's Committee of Gia Loc district (Hai Duong province).

Establish the District Department of Internal Affairs on the basis of merging the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs; Establish the District Department of Agriculture and Environment on the basis of receiving the functions and tasks of the District Department of Natural Resources and Environment and the functions and tasks of the District Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, the task of poverty reduction from the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs.

Gia Loc district (Hai Duong province) also established 2 specialized agencies on the basis of transferring and receiving functions and tasks. These are the District Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Affairs Department (based on receiving the functions and tasks of advising on state management of construction, transportation, and industry and trade from the District Economic and Infrastructure Department) and the District Culture, Sports and Tourism Department (based on receiving the functions and tasks of the District Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and receiving the functions and tasks of Science and Technology from the District Economic and Infrastructure Department).

The Department of Health receives the function and task of advising on state management in the fields of Social Protection, Children and Prevention and Control of Social Disaster from the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs. The District Department of Education and Training receives the functions and tasks of Vocational Education from the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs.

The specialized agencies under the People's Committee of Gia Loc district (Hai Duong province) after the reorganization include 10 agencies: District Department of Internal Affairs, District Department of Agriculture and Environment, District Department of Economics, Infrastructure and Urban Areas, District Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Department of Health, Department of Education and Training, Office of People's Council and People's Committee, District Inspectorate, District Department of Justice and District Department of Finance - Planning.
