On June 13, Ninh Binh Provincial Police said that Hai Anh Commune Police had just inspected, discovered, and caught Kim Van Tich (born in 1995, residing in Hai Anh commune) and Mai Chan Tien (born in 2002, residing in Tan Tien commune, Thanh Hoa province) red-handed in the act of organizing the illegal use of drugs at Kim Van Tich's residence.
Immediately after discovering the incident, Hai Anh Commune Police proceeded to make a record of arresting the offender red-handed, collect documents and evidence, and at the same time coordinate with functional units to verify, fight to clarify, and handle according to the provisions of law.
Previously, through grasping the local situation, in the Nam Can dike road area, belonging to Trai Lao village, Nho Quan commune, the task force of Nho Quan Commune Police inspected and discovered Nguyen Van Thanh (born in 1991, residing in Nho Quan commune) hiding 0.126g of methamphetamine on his person.
During the working process, Nguyen Van Thanh confessed to his violations.
Currently, Nho Quan Commune Police are continuing to investigate and handle violators according to the provisions of law.
