On June 16, Ninh Binh Provincial Police said that through grasping the situation in the area, recently, in Yen Khanh commune, the Task Force of the Commune Police discovered and caught Vo Tuyen Duy (born in 2002, permanently residing in Dat Moi commune, Ca Mau province) currently living in a rented house in the commune hiding a nylon bag containing 0.46g of methamphetamine. Duy confessed to buying it for use.
Under investigation, Vo Tuyen Duy confessed to buying the above drugs from Pham Van Hoan (born in 1985, residing in Yen Khanh commune).
At the police station, the subjects confessed to all their actions and violations.
Also in Giao Minh commune, the commune police discovered and caught red-handed Hoang Van Long (born in 1974, residing in Nam Cuong commune, Hung Yen province) and Tran Van Toan (born in 1968, residing in Giao Minh commune, Ninh Binh province) in the act of illegally possessing drugs. The seized exhibits were 0.445g of heroin.
During the struggle and exploitation of the subjects, Giao Minh Commune Police determined that the above drugs were purchased by Long and Toan from Pham Van Lanh (born in 1973, residing in Giao Minh commune).
Immediately after that, the Commune Police urgently deployed measures to verify, consolidate documents and evidence, and coordinate with functional units to arrest Pham Van Lanh to investigate the act of illegal drug trading.
Previously, the Task Force of Tam Chuc Ward Police on duty to ensure security and order in the area discovered 2 young men driving motorbikes with suspicious signs, so they requested to stop the vehicle for inspection according to regulations.
Through working, the 2 young men above confessed their names as Nguyen Manh Truong (born in 2008) and Kieu Khanh P (born in 2011), both residing in Nguyen Uy ward, Ninh Binh province, the Task Force seized 5 pink pills, the subjects confessed to being horse-shaped drugs, bought for use.
Expanding the case, Tam Chuc Ward Police clarified that Ta Van Chung (born in 1996, residing in Le Ho ward) was related to the drug case of Truong and P.
Ta Van Chung confessed that in addition to being involved in the drug case of Truong and P, before that, Chung also bought drugs and organized for some subjects to use. That amount of drugs, Chung bought from Nguyen Ba Ngoc (born in 1993, residing in Nguyen Uy ward, Ninh Binh province).
Currently, Tam Chuc Ward Police are continuing to coordinate with functional agencies and units to investigate and handle the subjects according to the provisions of law.
