On July 29, the Traffic Police Department (CSGT), Dak Lak Provincial Police informed that during patrol and control in Lien Son Lak commune, the Traffic Police Team of Lak area discovered a case of a motorbike driver testing positive for drugs. Specifically, at about 6 pm on July 28, while on mobile patrol and control duty in Lien Son Lak commune, the Traffic Police Team of Lak area stopped to inspect a motorbike with license plate 47N1-082. xx driven by N.K.B. (residing in Dak Phoi commune) to check alcohol concentration.
During the working process, the traffic police force noticed that the vehicle driver showed abnormal signs, so they conducted a quick drug test. The rapid test results showed that N.K.B tested positive for the drug Methamphetamine.
Immediately after that, the Traffic Police Team took N.K.B to Lak Medical Center for testing. The test results continued to confirm that this person was positive for Methamphetamine.
Working with functional agencies, N.K.B confessed to using methamphetamine at his private home at about 7 pm on July 26, 2026.
The traffic police team made a record of the incident, temporarily seized the vehicle and handed over the file to functional agencies for further handling according to the provisions of law.
