On the evening of November 29, the Rach Chiec Traffic Police Team (Traffic Police Department of Ho Chi Minh City Police) coordinated with Di An Ward Police to work with H.Q.T.D (17 years old, formerly residing in Di An City, Binh Duong Province) and the relatives of this teenager, after D. was discovered driving a motorbike and covering his license plate on Phu Chau Street (Tam Binh Ward).
Initial information determined that D. is currently a student, not old enough to have a driver's license (drive) and drive a motorbike without an owner's license.
Previously, the social network TikTok spread a clip posted by the account "Tuan Duy". The clip shows a teenager wearing a school uniform driving a motorbike on Phu Chau Street. This motorbike has been "done" and especially used a mask to cover the license plate.
The caption of this clip is: "The truck carrying rocks is running". By 11:00 a.m. on November 29, this TikTok page had been locked.
Currently, the authorities are continuing to clarify the violations of this teenager to handle according to regulations.
