On November 27, a clip appeared on social media recording a group of about 4 people brazenly spreading nets and playing badminton in the middle of Road No. 9, Tan Hung Ward (about 250 m from Tan Quy Market), causing outrage among the people.
According to the image in the clip, this group of people took up more than half of the road to spread nets, mark markings, and paint lines. Many motorbikes are even parked on the road, obstructing traffic.
The person who posted the clip said that this situation has been happening for a long time, causing affect and frustration for local residents.
Currently, Da Phuoc Traffic Police Station (HCMC Police) is verifying the content of the clip posted to have a basis for handling according to the provisions of law.
Previously, on the morning of August 18, a similar incident also caused outrage when a group of people spread nets and hit badminton on Road No. 60, Van Minh Residential Area, Binh Trung Ward.
