Through patrol and control work, at about 11:30 am on February 9, the Task Force of Tam Diep Traffic Police Station on duty at Km12, on National Highway 1T (section passing through Nam Hoa Lu ward, Ninh Binh province), inspected a passenger car with license plate 37F-000.15, traveling in the direction of Ninh Binh - Thanh Hoa.
During the inspection, the Task Force discovered that there were 45 people on the car, while, through checking the types of documents according to regulations, the passenger car was only allowed to carry 37 people, exceeding 8 people compared to regulations.
The task force of Tam Diep Traffic Police Station made a record of administrative violation against driver Ta Manh Tien, born in 1975 (residing in Yen So ward, Hanoi City) for the act of driving a passenger car carrying more people than prescribed.
