On June 21, according to a decision signed and promulgated by Vice Chairman of Da Nang City People's Committee Tran Nam Hung, the approved area is located in the Tra Nu area, belonging to Tra Lien commune. This mining area has a total area of 36.1ha, limited by angle points with specific coordinates according to the VN-2000 system. This location was previously identified by the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment as an area with scattered, small-scale minerals in 2025.
To implement it, the City People's Committee assigned the Office of the City People's Committee to direct the City Electronic Information Portal to publicly post information about the area where the mineral exploitation rights are not auctioned.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment of Da Nang City is assigned the role of presiding over and coordinating with relevant departments, branches and local authorities to advise the City People's Committee in issuing mineral exploration and exploitation licenses in this area in accordance with current legal regulations.
