The main bridge point of the forum will be located at the City Administrative Center, connecting to the People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones.
The forum was chaired by the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee. Attending were city leaders, representatives of departments, agencies, branches, localities, associations, business associations and about 250 businesses and investors. The participants focused on dynamic industries, businesses with large contributions and units facing long-term difficulties and obstacles.

The city will record difficulties in the process of investment, operation and absorb proposals related to mechanisms and policies. The dialogue content focuses on the initial stage of operating the two-level local government model after arranging administrative units.
The forum is expected to help remove obstacles in a timely manner, creating favorable conditions for production and business activities. Thereby, contributing to promoting economic growth and improving the efficiency of state management.
