For the WELL international certification (USA), the project is currently in the final appraisal stage and is expected to be recognized at the platinum level as early as this week.
Daikin Air Tower, the headquarters of Daikin Vietnam, located at No. 10 International Construction Site, Xuan Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, is not only a workplace but also a center for demonstrating advanced air solutions, where each space is "tailored" to achieve ideal comfort.
The project's goal of three platinum certifications at the highest level is an unprecedented precedent in Vietnam as well as globally, reflecting Daikin's comprehensive efforts in optimizing environmental performance, energy and human health.
Daikin Air Tower has achieved LEED platinum from the US Green Building Council (USGBC) proving that the project is designed, constructed and operated according to the criteria of optimizing energy efficiency, using resources effectively and minimizing environmental impact.
In addition, achieving LOTUS platinum by the Vietnam Green Building Council (VGBC) shows that the building meets green operational efficiency in the context of climate, construction regulations and Vietnamese standards, reflecting the comprehensiveness of environmental management of the project in the locality.
Daikin Air Tower is not only a workplace but is also positioned as a Living Lab. From the beginning, the project was shaped by the core trio of values: "Dedication - Technology Power - Co-creativity".
In order to meet the criteria for green construction certification and sustainable development, Daikin Air Tower has been synchronously deployed with many advanced technical solutions, focusing on optimizing energy efficiency, improving the quality of the indoor environment and minimizing environmental impacts throughout the project life cycle.
