On September 27, information from the Dak Lak Provincial Real Estate Association said that the unit had organized the 2nd Congress, term 2025 - 2029.
In the 2022 - 2025 term, despite facing many common difficulties of the economy, the real estate market and businesses in the area are weak, the Association still performs well its role and responsibility, basically completing the set targets and tasks.
Over the past 3 years, the Association has organized seminars to remove obstacles for members, group-based seminars, training, and sharing management experiences.
The unit also collects opinions from members, contributes comments to the Law on Real Estate Business, the Law on Housing, the Law on Land; at the same time, actively criticizes policies and proposes transparent and open market development mechanisms for businesses and investors.
In addition to professional activities, the Association also implements many social security programs, supporting students and poor households in remote areas.

Speaking at the Congress, Ms. Ho Thi Nguyen Thao - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - emphasized: The province's real estate market still faces many difficulties such as unsynchronized planning, slow project implementation, complicated legal procedures, limited competitiveness of enterprises.
Meanwhile, the Prime Minister has assigned Dak Lak to complete 38,400 social housing units by 2030.
From 2021 to now, the province has put 393 units into use; it is expected that by the end of 2025, 2,255 more units will be completed and started construction; in the 2025 - 2030 period, more than 36,600 units will continue to be deployed. This is both a challenge and an opportunity for development.
The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Executive Committee of the new Association to build an increasingly strong organization, operate in accordance with regulations, proactively grasp and promptly reflect the difficulties and problems of enterprises.
Thereby, accompanying the province to remove difficulties and meet the housing needs of workers and laborers.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the second term, 2025 - 2029, with 17 members. In which, Mr. Tran Tien Loi was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial Real Estate Association for the new term.
