On December 20, information from the Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee said that the unit has just continued to recognize 3 more high-tech production areas in the province.
That is the "Nam Binh High-Tech Coffee Production Area" in Nam Binh commune, Dak Song district, with an area of 450 hectares, concentrated in village 9.
This production area has 200 households and 2 cooperatives participating, including Doan Ket Cooperative and Thanh Cong Cooperative.
In Dak Gan commune, Dak Mil district, "Dak Gan high-tech mango production area" was recognized with a scale of 343 hectares, belonging to Tan Lap village, Trung Hoa village and Cao Lang village.
Participating in production are 254 households and 3 organizations: Dak Gan Mango Cooperative, Cao Lang VietGAP Mango Cooperative and Dak Gan VietGAP Mango Association.
In Nam Nung commune, Krong No district, the "Nam Nung high-tech coffee production area" covers an area of 340 hectares, concentrated in Nam Tien village, with the participation of 202 households and Thanh Thai Cooperative.
Previously, the People's Committee of Dak Nong province recognized 4 high-tech agricultural areas with a total area of 2,423 hectares including: Coffee in Thuan An commune (Dak Mil), rice in Buon Choah (Krong No) and pepper in Thuan Ha and Thuan Hanh communes (Dak Song).
By the end of 2024, Dak Nong will have 7 high-tech agricultural production areas, with a total area of 3,556 hectares, focusing on coffee, pepper, rice and mango products.
