On December 24, Hau Giang Provincial Police said that at around 1:30 p.m. on December 20, the Drug Crime Investigation Police Team of Vi Thanh City Police coordinated with Ward V Police to catch Le Minh Tr (born in 2002), residing in Vi Thanh City, and 4 other subjects illegally using drugs at the house rented by Tr in Area 1, Ward V.
The seized exhibits include 1 set of bottles, 1 glass funnel containing crystals suspected to be drugs; 4 sealed plastic bags containing crystals suspected to be drugs. Among them, 1 bag was handed over by Le Minh Tr himself along with a number of items related to drug use.
Initially, the subjects confessed that they were illegally using drugs when they were caught red-handed by the police. Test results showed that all 5 subjects tested positive for drugs.
