Through verification, Dong Quan Commune Police identified the Tiktok account owner as N.D. B (born in 2010, residing in hamlet 8, Dong Quan commune, Hung Yen province).
During the working process, the Commune Police invited N.D. B's biological father, who is the guardian, directly to the headquarters to work. N.D. B said that because he was young and lacked social awareness, he arbitrarily took his father's personal phone, accessed the Tiktok application to post news with content challenging the Dong Quan Commune Police force.
After being warned and educated by Dong Quan Commune Police, N.D. B proactively removed the posted information, posted correction information and publicly apologized, and wrote a commitment to strictly comply with the provisions of law when using social networks. The representative of N.D. B's guardian also wrote a commitment to manage and educate his children, not allowing recurrence of acts affecting local security and order.
