Following the direction of the Central Organizing Committee and the instructions of the Standing Committee of the Hai Phong City Party Committee, the Party Committees of the Western Hai Phong Ward are urgently implementing the work of exchanging party membership cards on the National Population Database platform, striving to complete before September 2.
In Tan Hung ward, the card exchange work was organized right at the ward police headquarters with the synchronous participation of the police force and the grassroots Party Committee. The machinery, equipment and transmission lines are fully prepared, and technical human resources are arranged to work outside of working hours, Saturdays and Sundays. The ward police arranged officers to directly guide and support party members - especially the elderly or those in difficult circumstances - to complete their records, update personal information, ensure the progress and quality of card changes.
Similarly, Ai Quoc ward is also mobilizing maximum police forces to serve party members in card change procedures. The reception points are scientifically organized and clearly assigned: staff to guide information testing, supplement documents, sign confirmation; technical department reviews data, ensures the accuracy of each information, each document.

In particular, the unit has coordinated to make a list of elderly and healthy Party members to establish a mobile working group to go to the house to support the procedures, and at the same time develop a detailed working schedule for each Party cell to avoid congestion and ensure order.
The work of changing party membership cards based on population data is an important political task, contributing to modernizing the management of party organizations and party members. This activity not only demonstrates the spirit of dedicated service and proactiveness of the grassroots police force, but is also one of the practical contents to welcome the Party Congresses of wards, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.
