On the morning of March 24, a leader of the People's Committee of Huong Tra commune said that on the afternoon of March 23, N.A.K (a 5th grade student at Huong Tra Primary School) went fishing with some friends in a fish pond in Dong Tra village (Huong Tra commune) and unfortunately fell into the pond.
The information was then reported to the local authorities. The authorities and the people quickly organized a search, but when they found K, he had died.
