On the morning of June 2, Phu Lien Ward Police announced Decision No. 6824/QD-CATP-PX01 of the Director of Hai Phong City Police on transferring Major Hoang Thi Mien to work at the Immigration Management Department, Hai Phong City Police, from June 4, 2026.
Previously, Detention Center No. 2 also announced the decision of the Director of Hai Phong City Police to transfer Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thi Duong - Deputy Head of the Staff Department - City Police to receive work and hold the position of Deputy Director of Detention Center No. 2; Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Trung Kien - Deputy Director of Detention Center No. 2 was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Head of Nam Thanh Mien Commune Police.
