On June 23, Ninh Binh Provincial Police said that through grasping the situation and area, and synchronously deploying professional measures, the Economic Police Department of the Provincial Police discovered that D. T Trading Co., Ltd. (address in Quy Nhat commune, Ninh Binh province), directed by Mr. Tran Quoc T (born in 1975, residing in Nghia Lam commune, Ninh Binh province), violated environmental regulations in the production and business process.
During the working process, functional agencies discovered that during production, the enterprise had discharged waste from the company's production activities into the environment such as: heads, scraps, and stone powder.
According to Ninh Binh Provincial Police, these are violations of environmental protection regulations.
Currently, the Economic Police Department is coordinating with functional agencies and units to continue investigating, clarifying, and handling the case according to the provisions of law.
