On June 5, functional forces completed the scene examination and at the same time took the victim's body to the morgue to carry out legal procedures according to regulations. The painful incident was discovered at a boarding house located in an alley on Phan Van Tri street, in An Nhon ward. The victim was identified as Mr. N.X. D, currently a student, native of Thanh Hoa province and renting a room at the above address.
According to initial information, on the morning of June 5, people living around the area discovered unusual signs in Mr. D's rented room. When conducting an inspection, everyone was shocked to discover that this young man had died in a hanging position. The incident was immediately reported to local authorities.
Upon receiving the news, local police forces coordinated with professional units to quickly arrive to blockade, conduct scene examination and take statements from witnesses around. Currently, the cause of the above incident is still being further investigated and clarified by functional agencies.
