On July 20, leaders of Bao Loc Ward 1 People's Committee (Lam Dong province) confirmed that a brawl between two groups of people had just occurred in the area, causing many people to be injured and hospitalized for emergency treatment. Among them, there was one case of serious injury.
Currently, the police agency is focusing on verifying and searching for related people to serve the investigation and clarify the cause of the incident.
According to initial information, at about 1:20 am on the same day, at the intersection between Ha Giang and Hai Ba Trung streets (next to Bao Loc High School, Ward 1, Bao Loc), two groups of people clashed.
A group of about 10 people, mostly young people, carrying weapons rushed to fight with a group of 3-4 people wearing delivery uniforms (shippers).
The brawl left at least 3 people injured and taken to Lam Dong Hospital II for emergency treatment. Among them, one person was seriously injured in the right arm, and after first aid, he was transferred to Ho Chi Minh City for further treatment.
Immediately after receiving the report, Bao Loc Ward 1 Police coordinated with professional units of Lam Dong Provincial Police to be present to protect the scene, collect evidence, take witness statements and deploy measures to track down related people.
Currently, the cause of the incident is being further investigated and clarified by functional agencies for handling according to the provisions of law.
