On the evening of April 28, at Ba Doc Martyrs' Cemetery (Ly Trach Commune, Bo Trach District), the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Binh Province held a visitation ceremony, offered incense and lit candles in gratitude on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).
Attending the ceremony were Mr. Le Ngoc Quang - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Tran Hai Chau - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and nearly 1,500 outstanding union members and young people.
In a solemn and emotional atmosphere, delegates, union members and young people offered incense, flowers and burned candles in gratitude at more than 3,000 martyrs' graves at Ba Doc Martyrs' Cemetery, expressing their respect and deep gratitude to those who heroically sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.

At the ceremony, Mr. Le Ngoc Quang and Mr. Tran Hai Chau performed the bell-ringing ceremony, opening the solemn ceremony.
On this occasion, 100% of Youth Union establishments across Quang Binh province also simultaneously held incense offerings and burned incense to pay tribute at 85 provincial and district-level martyrs cemeteries, 66 recorded stele houses and 5 Monuments, widely spreading the " use of gratitude" movement among young people in the whole province.
