On March 16, recorded in the area around Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry on Nguyen Van Bao street (Hanh Thong ward), the congestion due to lack of parking space has cooled down significantly.
Compared to previous days, there is no longer a scene of students having to run around looking for parking spaces. At dawn, Nguyen Van Bao street and alleys leading to the school are quite clear.
One of the reasons helping to reduce traffic pressure is that the school temporarily organizes online learning for some general subjects and theoretical subjects. Thanks to that, the number of students coming to school at the same time has decreased.
Parking lots still operating within the school grounds and some nearby private parking lots still meet the parking demand, no longer having to park students outside as before.
Crowded situations only appear slightly at some times, and prolonged congestion does not occur. Security forces are still on duty to regulate traffic and ensure stable traffic flow.

Ngoc Mai - a second-year student - said that after having to wander around looking for a parking spot, in the following days she switched to taking the bus, combined with taking a technology car to school.
Taking the bus or technology car is somewhat inconvenient for me, so I hope the school will soon have more parking lots so that students can study with peace of mind," Ngoc Mai expressed.
The female student added that many classmates have also chosen technology cars, buses or asked relatives to pick them up and drop them off in recent days.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phan Hong Hai - Rector of Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry - said that to reduce immediate pressure, the school has implemented a number of quick response plans. Among them, there is the conversion of some subjects to online forms to reduce the number of students concentrated at the school at the same time.
At the same time, the school is looking for vacant land around to rent as temporary parking lots.
In the near future, the school will also arrange and coordinate a part of students to study at nearby facilities to reduce the burden on the headquarters.

Previously, in the past week, many private parking lots around Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry simultaneously announced the closure, causing many students to arrive late due to not finding parking spaces, and causing traffic congestion on Nguyen Van Bao street.
