According to information from Hanoi City Police, at about 9 pm on July 22, in Phuong Hai village, Phu Nghia commune, Phu Nghia Commune Police discovered and caught red-handed Do Tien Nhien (born 1988) and Nguyen Huu Ngoc (born 1987, both renting a room in Hoang Liet ward, Hanoi City) for the act of illegally possessing drugs.
Exhibits seized included 0.354 grams of methamphetamine.
Based on collected documents and evidence, Phu Nghia Commune Police temporarily detained the two subjects and seized related exhibits to serve the investigation.
Currently, the Phu Nghia Commune Police Investigation Agency is continuing to consolidate the file and handle the case according to the provisions of law.
