On June 5, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 2801/QD-UBND on land allocation to the Thanh Tri District People's Committee to implement the project of building a cultural and sports center in Thanh Liet commune, Thanh Tri district.
According to Decision No. 2801/QD-UBND, the location, boundary and area of the land are determined in the 1/500 scale master plan drawing prepared by Van Tuong Consulting and Investment Joint Stock Company, approved by Thanh Tri District People's Committee on November 11, 2021 and the Land Use Coefficient Location Plan dated May 4, 2022 of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment (now the Department of Agriculture and Environment) in the form of State allocation of land without collecting land use fees and long-term land use.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment is responsible for determining boundaries and handing over land on the field; issuing Certificates of land use rights, ownership of assets attached to land and granting Certificates to land users according to regulations.
Thanh Tri District People's Committee is responsible for contacting the Department of Agriculture and Environment to receive land handover on site and issue a Certificate of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land according to regulations; using land for the right purpose, boundary, assigned area and implementing investment projects, accepting and handing over works for use in accordance with regulations on asset management.
On the same day, the City People's Committee issued Decision No. 2803/QD-UBND on the allocation of 8,898.8m2 of land in Vong Xuyen commune, Phuc Tho district to the People's Committee of Phuc Tho district to implement the project to build and expand Vong Xuyen B Primary School.
According to the Decision, the location, boundary and area of the land for project implementation are determined in the 1/500 scale Master Plan drawing prepared by AVITYCO Architecture and Construction Joint Stock Company and confirmed by the Phuc Tho District Urban Management Department. The drawing is in accordance with Document No. 1449/UBND-QLDT dated September 13, 2021 of the Phuc Tho District People's Committee.
The form of land use is that the People's Committee of Phuc Tho district is allocated land by the State without collecting land use fees.
Phuc Tho District People's Committee is responsible for the origin, land use, site clearance, ensuring compliance with current regulations on construction investment project management; suitability of the project with investment content, basic design documents, approved construction drawing designs, safety and safety levels when put into use; complying with regulations on environment, fire prevention and fighting and ensuring overall planning, synchronous connection of technical infrastructure in the area; using land for the right purpose, boundary, assigned area; implementing investment projects according to regulations on investment management, construction and environment.
