Phu Cat Commune People's Committee (Hanoi) has just issued a notice on the collection of trees, crops and assets on land of households and individuals within the project scope: Bac Phu Cat Industrial Park (now Hoa Lac High-Tech Park), the area in Phu Cat commune, Hanoi City.
Phu Cat Commune People's Committee said that after reviewing compensation and support dossiers for site clearance for the Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park project, some households and individuals have received compensation and support money and signed minutes of handover of land to the investor to implement the project but have not yet collected crops and assets on the land.
The Phu Cat Commune Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board has issued notices No. 01/TB-QLDAĐTHT dated January 6, 2026; No. 02/TB-QLDAĐTHT dated January 8, 2026; No. 21/TB-QLDAĐTHT dated March 23, 2026 on the collection of trees, crops and assets on land of households and individuals within the Hoa Lac High-Tech Park project scope, the area belonging to Phu Cat commune.
However, up to now, through inspection, it has been found that households and individuals have not yet collected crops and assets on the land to hand over the site to the investor to implement the project.
To ensure the project implementation progress, Phu Cat Commune People's Committee requests households to clear all trees, crops and assets on land and hand over the site before April 10, 2026 for the investor to implement the project.
After April 10, 2026, Phu Cat Commune People's Committee will coordinate with the investor, the Management Board of High-Tech Parks and Industrial Parks of Hanoi City, to level the ground for the land plots that have received money and committed to hand over the ground.
In the process of implementing ground leveling, if it affects assets, houses, and crops on the land, the Commune People's Committee will not be responsible for resolving it.
Phu Cat Commune People's Committee requests households and individuals to strictly implement the contents of this notice.
