Two drivers fight on Ba Lat bridge in Ho Chi Minh City, traffic jam

HCMC - Two truck drivers collided on Ba Lat and Binh Chanh bridges due to a conflict in direction, causing traffic congestion. The police are verifying the incident.

On March 13, a fight between two truck drivers occurred on Ba Lat bridge, Pham Van Hai commune, Binh Chanh district, causing traffic congestion. The incident was recorded in a video longer than 30 seconds and quickly spread on social media.

According to information from witnesses, the fight occurred at around 8:30 a.m. the same day. The initial cause was believed to be a conflict over the direction between the two drivers. After that, the two stopped the car right on the bridge and immediately got into a hand fight.

The incident affected traffic on Tran Van Giau Street, the section across Ba Lat Bridge. A series of vehicles were congested for a long time, causing difficulties for traffic participants.

The leader of Pham Van Hai commune said that he had received information about the incident and was transferring the file to the police force for verification and handling according to the provisions of law.
