According to Hung Yen Provincial Police, in August 2026, Quang Lich Commune Police received a case related to property robbery that occurred in the commune, the subjects chose noon and locations as deserted roads to commit crimes.
This not only affects the security and order situation but also directly endangers the lives and property of people when traveling on the road.
On August 23, 2026, Quang Lich Commune Police received a report from Ms. D. M (born in 1987, residing in Quang Lich commune) about: At about 1:15 PM on August 2, 2026, while traveling on a road in Quang Lich commune, she was approached by two young men on motorbikes, committing the act of snatching the gold necklace she was wearing around her neck.
However, the chain broke and fell back, so the subjects did not seize the property; after that, the subjects left the scene.
Immediately after receiving the information, Quang Lich Commune Police urgently deployed reconnaissance teams, applied synchronous professional measures, actively searched, and in less than 24 hours, the Commune Police force verified and clarified that the perpetrator was Bui Vinh T (born in 1996, residing in hamlet 10, Vu Quy commune).

Through investigation, suspect Bui Vinh T admitted to the entire act of robbery of Ms. D. M. At the same time, the police agency also determined that before committing the act of robbery, Bui Vinh T and Vu Trung H (born in 1999, both residing in hamlet 10, Vu Quy commune - who was the driver of the motorbike carrying T) had discussed throwing waste at Mr. Bui Van H's house in Quang Lich commune, but this act has not been carried out.
Currently, the Police agency is continuing to consolidate the file to handle the subjects strictly according to the provisions of law.
Through the above incident, Quang Lich Commune Police warned people that subjects intentionally cover up vehicle license plates, use costumes to disguise themselves, take advantage of rainy and windy weather, deserted roads to commit illegal acts and then quickly escape without escaping punishment.
All violations will be focused on investigation, verification and clarification by the Police force and strictly handled in accordance with the law.
