On December 13, the Department of Industry and Trade of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province said that the event "Branded Goods Promotion - Flash Sale Holiday 2024" attracted a large number of visitors and shoppers after its opening.
This event is organized with about 120 booths, with more than 300 participating brands; offering discounts from 10 - 80% depending on the product along with other promotions to attract and stimulate shopping at the end of the year.
Immediately after the opening, a large number of people and tourists came to visit and shop. It is estimated that by the afternoon of December 13, more than 3,000 people had come to visit and shop. According to the plan, the event will take place until December 15, open from 9am to 10pm daily.
Coming to shop at the program, Ms. Phuong Thuy (residing in Long Dien district) said that she had previously learned about the event through text messages sent by the authorities to inform people, so she came to buy suitable items at reasonable prices, or as gifts for family members.
Mr. Nguyen Hoang Anh (Ward 8, Vung Tau City) said he had taken a quick look and found many suitable products. In the evening, he will take his family to shop for some items according to his preferences.
After Ho Chi Minh City, Ba Ria - Vung Tau is the second locality to organize a large-scale branded shopping event, with the desire to stimulate shopping and develop the economy through high-quality commercial activities.
