On August 24, Ia Rsai Commune Police, Gia Lai Province, announced that they had issued a decision to administratively sanction a case of causing noise during people's rest time.
Previously, at around 11pm on August 19, while patrolling and controlling security and order, the Ia Rsai Commune Police working group discovered Mr. R.L.K (residing in Buon Du, Ia Rsai Commune) using a candy loudspeaker to sing karaoke in his home yard.
This activity causes noise, directly affecting the daily life and sleep of people around.
Pursuant to Decree 144/2021/ND-CP of the Government on administrative sanctions in the field of security and order, Ia Rsai Commune Police have prepared a dossier and issued a decision to fine Mr. K VND 750,000.
Through the above incident, Ia Rsai Commune Police emphasized that people need to strictly comply with regulations on maintaining public quiet, avoiding causing loud and noisy noises from 10:00 p.m. the previous day to 6:00 a.m. the following day.
In cases where there is a need to organize activities and entertainment that can cause noise, people need to apply measures to reduce and control the noise level so as not to affect the community.
