In response to National Digital Transformation Day (October 10), all Community Digital Technology Teams (CNSCD Teams) in Ca Mau province continue to take action. Currently, 883/883 hamlets/wards in Ca Mau province have established CNSCD Teams, reaching a rate of 100%, with a total of 4,518 members participating.
Responding to National Digital Transformation Day, the CNSCD Teams of hamlets and quarters from urban to rural areas "went to every alley, knocked on every door" to guide people on how to use online public services, install the Ca Mau Provincial e-Government application (CaMau-G), cashless payment application, make remote medical appointments, etc.

With many slogans, determination, youth union members, hamlet and residential area cadres and network operators' support, the Teams divided into many groups, went to each house, to the markets, and to the business areas to enthusiastically guide the people.
In Ward 9, Ca Mau City, the locality launched the "Electronic Residential Area" of the social housing area of Hamlet 4. Mr. Nguyen Van Chuoi, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ward 9, Ca Mau City, shared: "Digital transformation is only successful when people understand, respond, participate, and people truly become digital citizens. Therefore, the locality always focuses on propaganda and guidance on installing digital applications, helping people have equal access to services, training, and knowledge improvement. The establishment of the "Electronic Residential Area" of the social housing area of Hamlet 4 is also one of the levers to promote digital transformation for the entire population in the ward."

Responding to Digital Transformation Day, businesses in Ca Mau province have presented support packages for the province's digital transformation. In particular, Ca Mau Telecom donated 100 4G smartphones to Dam Doi district to support people in digital transformation, with a total value of 110,000,000 VND. In addition, Ca Mau Telecom also supported people in converting to 4G according to the roadmap of turning off 2G waves to serve the province's digital transformation with a quantity of 5,500 4G phones for people in the province who are still using 2G phones, with a total value of more than 2 billion VND. Viettel Ca Mau donated 230 SIM cards to 115 CNSCD Teams in Ca Mau city, with a total value of 32,200,000 VND and presented the People's Committee of Ngoc Hien district with 100 4G smartphones to support people in digital transformation, with a total value of 110,000,000 VND. This unit also supports 2,202 free 4G devices for people to exchange from 2G devices, with a total value of 858,780,000 VND.
