To ensure targets and quality of new recruits, military recruitment work is implemented synchronously by all levels and sectors, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Military Service and guiding documents for implementation. The process of selecting and calling citizens to enlist is carried out democratically, publicly, and fairly.

As a result, the whole province has 7,540 citizens meeting military health standards. Preliminary selection and examination are organized tightly and in accordance with procedures. Regional health examination councils ensure full composition, facilities, and equipment according to regulations.
Along with that, the Provincial People's Committee has organized a coordination conference with receiving units to unify standards, targets, time to finalize troop numbers, transportation plans and handle arising situations. Localities and receiving units have infiltrated, selected, and firmly grasped the circumstances and thoughts of each citizen and family.

The Provincial Military Command has received 4,750 pieces of military uniform, and at the same time developed a plan to fully distribute them to new recruits before the departure date.
According to the plan, the whole province is expected to organize 9 troop receiving points on the morning of March 4, 2026 (ie, January 16 of the Binh Ngo year).
At the conference, delegates from departments, branches, and localities discussed and comprehensively assessed the work of selecting and calling citizens to enlist in 2026; analyzed the difficulties and obstacles arising from grassroots practice; and at the same time agreed on coordinated solutions to ensure strict, safe, lawful and high-quality military assignment and reception.
Speaking at the conclusion of the conference, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Le Huy requested members of the Provincial Military Service Council to continue to closely monitor and direct localities; regularly grasp the situation, promptly remove difficulties and obstacles arising, and ensure the completion of military assignment targets.
