During their service, officers and soldiers were trained and comprehensively equipped in politics, military, culture, science and technology; constantly improving the awareness of organization and discipline, performing tasks in specific conditions at the forefront of waves and winds, on ships, DK1 platforms, stations, agencies, and units under Naval Region 2.
After 2 years of service, the soldiers have clearly matured in political bravery, ideology and working style; always upholding the spirit of responsibility, overcoming difficulties, and successfully completing the tasks of Vietnamese People's Navy soldiers.
As a result, 100% of soldiers successfully completed the assigned tasks, 62 comrades were awarded the titles "Emulation Soldier", "Advanced Soldier" and certificates of merit at all levels, 12 comrades excellently completed their tasks, and transferred professional military status.
Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Trieu Thanh Tung - Deputy Commander of Naval Region 2 acknowledged and praised the efforts and contributions of the soldiers during their service; wishing that when returning to their localities, they would continue to promote the tradition of the Vietnam People's Army, the noble image of Uncle Ho's soldiers - Navy soldiers, actively study and work, contributing to building their homeland and country to become increasingly rich and beautiful.
Representing the soldiers deployed this time, Senior Sergeant Do Van Tung, Guard Soldier, Staff Department, Brigade 167 - expressed his determination to continue to preserve and promote the qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers; exemplarily comply with the Party's guidelines, the State's policies and laws, actively participate in socio-economic development, and maintain security and order in the locality.
At the end of the ceremony, the Naval Region 2 Command organized transportation trips to bring soldiers to hand over to 9 localities, ensuring safety and thoughtfulness in accordance with regulations.
Previously, units organized traditional activities, disseminated policies and fully paid benefits to soldiers who completed their duties.
