On the afternoon of July 30, Hung Yen Provincial Police held a rehearsal of the launching ceremony of the peak period of attacking and suppressing crime, ensuring security and order to serve Party Congresses at all levels and important events of the country in 2025.
This peak period is being implemented to proactively grasp the situation early, from afar, from the grassroots; analyze and accurately forecast factors related to security and order to promptly propose appropriate measures and policies. The Provincial Police clearly identify key routes, areas, and subjects to proactively detect and combat, not to be passive or surprised in any situation.
During the peak period, the police force in the whole province will focus on strongly suppressing all types of criminal crimes, drugs, economy, environment; destroying networks, gangs, crime dens and social evils.
The management of drug addicts, suspected drug addicts and illegal drug users has also been strengthened. At the same time, focus on preventing and strictly handling acts of corruption, smuggling, production - sale of counterfeit goods, banned goods, violations of food hygiene and safety, environment and resources.
The police force at all levels also tightened state management of security and order; inspected and reviewed weapons, explosives, and conditional business lines; ensured fire safety, traffic safety, and safety at detention facilities and key targets.

Speaking at the rehearsal, Colonel Cao Minh Tuan - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police - emphasized that the launching ceremony is a milestone demonstrating the high political determination of the Hung Yen Provincial Police force in attacking and suppressing all types of crimes, maintaining political stability, absolutely protecting the safety of the Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party, and at the same time successfully serving the activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution, National Day September 2 and the traditional day of the People's Public Security.
The Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department requested units to carefully prepare from forces, vehicles, equipment to specific combat plans on each route, area, and key field, to avoid negligence in implementing tasks.
The official launching ceremony is scheduled to take place on the morning of August 1, 2025.
