The 2nd "Vietnamese Youth: Maintaining Foreign Languages - bravery of Integration" Fair in 2025 will be held from July 31 to August 3 at Hai Phong University, with the goal of creating a playground for union members and children nationwide to exchange, learn, and equip themselves with knowledge and skills; creating a favorable environment and playground for Youth Union and Association officials to study, practice, improve foreign language proficiency and integrate internationally.
The program has nearly 100 delegates from regions and areas across the country, representing many professions and fields. The delegates all have passion, experience and skills to participate in organizing activities to improve foreign language proficiency and international integration; actively participate in activities of the Youth Union, Association, and social work.
The highlight of the 2025 fair is the promotion of the application of technology in organizing activities, combined with the final round of the 7th National Young Pioneers English Olympic Competition in 2025. During the 4 days, delegates participated in a series of activities to connect, experience practice and improve foreign language proficiency in a vibrant integration environment.
Speaking at the opening ceremony of the festival, Mr. Nguyen Tuong Lam, Secretary of the Central Youth Union, President of the Vietnam Youth Union affirmed that in the digital and globalized era, foreign languages are "the key to the door to integration". It is not only a skill, but also a foundational capacity to help young people expand knowledge, strengthen cooperation, and promote national identity in the international arena. The camp is a key activity to implement the program "Supporting improving foreign language proficiency and international integration for Vietnamese children in the period of 2022-2030" according to Decision 1477/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister.
Immediately after the opening ceremony, the seminar "international integration equipment for Vietnamese adolescents in the digital age" took place enthusiastically, bringing practical experiences and orienting necessary skills for young people to proactively learn foreign languages, master thinking and technology.
