On October 8, Khanh Hoa Provincial Police said that this agency has just issued a notice to find owners, managers, and legal users of vehicles that violate administrative regulations in the field of road traffic that have passed the temporary detention period.
Accordingly, through patrolling, controlling, handling administrative violations of traffic safety and order and investigating and resolving traffic accidents, the Traffic Police Department of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police has temporarily detained 357 vehicles violating administrative regulations in the field of road traffic safety and order.
Of which, 322 were motorbikes and mopeds; 35 were two-wheeled motorbikes, three-wheeled motorbikes, bicycles, electric bicycles, and cars. Many 2-wheeled motorbikes violated the law and did not have license plates, many license plates of out-of-province vehicles such as 49, 29, 55...
The above vehicles have expired their detention period, but violators, owners, managers, and legal users did not come to resolve the issue and did not comply with the penalty decision.
Khanh Hoa Provincial Police said that the list of the above vehicles is made public on mass media.
Within 30 days of notification, if the violator, vehicle owner or legal representative does not come to resolve the matter or does not receive a written response from the Police of the units and localities with the above-mentioned vehicles, the Traffic Police Department, Khanh Hoa Provincial Police will carry out procedures to confiscate the vehicle and handle it according to current regulations.
