On July 16, Ha Tinh Provincial Police said that the Provincial Police Investigation Agency had just prosecuted 4 defendants for the crime of organizing the illegal use of narcotics.
The identities of the 4 prosecuted subjects include: Le Hong Chung (born 1997) and Phan Dinh Cong (born 1993), both residing in residential group 7, Bac Hong Linh ward, Ha Tinh province; Doan Van Hoang (born 1996, residing in hamlet 5, Thach Ha commune, Ha Tinh province) and Nguyen Khac Toan (born 1989, residing in Toan Luu commune, Ha Tinh province).
Previously, through the work of reviewing and managing subjects with suspicious signs related to drugs in the area, Thach Ha Commune Police discovered, fought, and clarified a group of subjects with acts of organizing the illegal use of drugs.
Conducted a summons to Doan Van Hoang (born in 1996, residing in hamlet 5, Thach Ha commune) to work, through rapid testing, the results were positive for drugs.
Expanding the investigation, Thach Ha Commune Police coordinated with Bac Hong Linh Ward Police to clarify the act of organizing the illegal use of drugs by 4 subjects including: Le Hong Chung (born 1997); Phan Dinh Cong (born 1993); Doan Van Hoang (born 1996) and Nguyen Khac Toan (born 1989).
