According to the investigation results, Nguyen Thi Thao Vy intended to steal property, so she walked on the streets of Thanh Sen ward to find motorbikes of subjective and negligent people to steal.
At around 5:00 p.m. on October 25, Vy discovered a black motorbike, Honda Wave brand, owned by a resident in residential group 8, Thanh Sen ward, parked on the street, in front of a house, with a pre-loaded key.
After observing that there were no people around, Vy secretly drove the car away from the scene and hid it at a friend's house in Ha Huy Tap ward, Ha Tinh province.
After receiving the report of theft, Thanh Sen Ward Police began investigating and determined that Vy was the subject who caused the above theft.
