On June 13, Ninh Binh Provincial Police said that Lien Minh Commune Police had just coordinated with Market Management Team No. 9 to inspect the compliance with legal regulations in production and business activities of goods for a number of business households in the commune.
The inspection results showed that the fashion store of business household Vu Van C (address in Nhi Giap village, Lien Minh commune), functional forces discovered some clothing items showing signs of counterfeiting trademarks that have been protected in Vietnam.
At the time of inspection, the facility owner could not present invoices and documents proving the origin of the above-mentioned goods, and at the same time could not provide documents related to being allowed to use and trade in goods bearing the trademark of the industrial property rights owner.
Functional forces have made records and temporarily seized all goods showing signs of trademark counterfeiting to continue verifying, clarifying and handling according to the provisions of law.
