On April 2nd, Mr. Nguyen Manh Quyen - Deputy Secretary of Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee, and the provincial working delegation inspected and gave opinions on a number of key traffic planning points, site clearance work and planning of industrial zones and clusters in Hung Ha commune.
Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen and the working delegation visited the field at Dong Tu intersection - the intersection of key traffic routes connecting Hanoi, Hung Yen and the coastal economic zone; the intersection of the road from Thai Binh ward to Hung Ha commune, connecting with Pho Hien ward (Hung Ha commune area).
The investment project to build a road from Thai Binh ward to Hung Ha commune, connecting with Pho Hien ward, has a length of 24.8km, with a total investment of more than 4,900 billion VND (of which, the road passing through Hung Ha commune is 6.4km long). Currently, contractors are implementing construction according to the contract schedule.
Next, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen and the working delegation surveyed the actual site of the new industrial cluster planning in Hung Ha commune.
Through surveys, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts and proactive spirit of departments, branches, units, and localities in preparing for investment, completing dossiers, procedures and implementing related tasks.
The Deputy Secretary of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee highly appreciated the solidarity, drastic and effectiveness of the Hung Ha commune government in planning, attracting investment and industrial development. At the same time, he emphasized the key role of strategic transport infrastructure and logistics systems for socio-economic development. These are all important projects in the socio-economic development process of the province and Hung Ha commune.
In addition, the Deputy Secretary of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee requested the Party Committee and government of Hung Ha commune to promote leadership and direction in propaganda and site clearance; actively and proactively grasp the ideological and public opinion situation among the people to have appropriate propaganda and mobilization methods; accelerate the approval of compensation plans, and complete legal procedures to soon implement the project.
Construction units need to focus maximum manpower and vehicles, accelerate the construction progress of items under the project, and ensure progress milestones in terms of time and workload according to the set plan.
