At about 1:30 p.m. on August 1, Hai Duong Ward Police conducted an administrative inspection at room 506, Thinh Phat motel at 93 - 95 Truong Han Sieu, catching a group of subjects red-handed for illegally using drugs.
The arrested subjects include: Nguyen Thanh Hung (born in 1996) and Nguyen Tung Duong (born in 1997); Tran Dinh Hung (born in 1987, residing in Le Thanh Nghi ward, Hai Phong), Ha Bao Trung (born in 1997, residing in Minh Xuan ward, Tuyen Quang); Mai Thi Thu Quyen (born in 2001, residing in Nhi Chieu ward, Hai Phong). The evidence seized at the scene included a set of drug use tools.
Through initial investigation, the authorities determined that the three subjects Hung, Duong and Hung organized Trung and Quyen to illegally use drugs. The Investigation Police Agency of the City Police has issued a decision to prosecute 3 subjects: Nguyen Thanh Hung, Nguyen Tung Duong and Tran Dinh Hung for organizing illegal use of drugs.
