At around 12:00 on March 22, receiving a report from the people about someone planning to commit suicide at Cua Hoi bridge (in Nghi Xuan commune, Ha Tinh province), Nghi Hai ward police, Vinh city coordinated with a number of local people to promptly arrive, rescue people and take the victim to a medical center for care and monitoring.
Through the situation, the person being rescued was Mr. H.V.T (born in 1997, residing in Dien Loc commune, Dien Chau district, Nghe An province). Due to his unstable psychological state, Mr. T had wild thoughts.
At that time, Mr. Nguyen Van Anh (born in 1991, residing in Binh Quang block, Nghi Hai ward, Vinh city) and a number of other fishermen fishing nearby promptly discovered and rescued people.
